Philadelphia Eagles running back LeSean McCoy has been cleared to return to Sunday's game against the Washington Redskins after appearing to suffer a head injury during the first quarter.
McCoy was removed from the game following a direct helmet-to-helmet hit from Redskins cornerback David Amerson with under two minutes to play in the first.
