  • Andrew Luck's Week 4 opponent, the Titans, have allowed the second fewest fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks this season, but if you look closer that stat may be deceiving. The first two weeks of the year, Tennessee faced a pair of struggling passing attacks in the Chiefs and Cowboys. Last weekend, the Bengals controlled the contest from start to finish and didn't need to push the ball downfield. Meanwhile, Luck has thrown for 370 yards in two of his three outings and has nine touchdowns through three games. Expect him to continue his 3.0 touchdowns per game pace in this one.
  • Aaron Rodgers hasn't quite looked like himself this season, but owners shouldn't worry. The Packers have had to deal with two very tough matchups against the Seahawks and Lions on the road. A trip to Chicago, where they will face a Bears team coming off a Monday nighter, will help Rodgers get back in the good graces of his fantasy owners.
  • The Chargers likely won't need to throw much in their matchup with the Jaguars, but when Philip Rivers does take to the air, he will be efficient. Rivers has completed over 73.85 percent of his passes the last two weeks and now he gets to pick apart a Jacksonville defense allowing league highs in passing yards per game (306.0) and passing touchdowns (8).
  • If you are waiting for the old Tom Brady to walk through the door, you will be waiting a long time. Brady is no longer a fantasy star. Hopefully you have another option to pair with him in a QBBC.
  • Rookies Teddy Bridgewater and Blake Bortles shouldn't be started in the majority of leagues, but they could help revive their offenses. It will be worth monitoring their progress this week, if only to determine the fantasy impact they have on the players around them.
  • There are rumblings that Jake Locker may not be able to go in Week 4 due to a wrist injury to his throwing arm. If that happens, Charlie Whitehurst will enter the rankings in one of the bottom two spots.
