NFL Week 5 Opening Line Report: Remaining undefeateds installed as underdogs

Aaron Doster / Reuters

The Week 4 NFL slate was highlighted by a litany of blowouts, and with so many favorites taking down the number the books will not be happy.

That will place an increased importance on bettors getting in their research as the books will surely be looking to get back some of that cash this coming weekend.

The Denver Broncos are back in action off a bye week and will be giving away better than a touchdown to the undefeated Arizona Cardinals.

The other remaining undefeated squad is the Cincinnati Bengals, and they'll also be getting points when they hit the road to take on a New England Patriots squad that will be playing on a short week.

Thursday's solid showing has the New York Giants right back in good graces with bettors as they're installed as four-point favorites when they host the Atlanta Falcons.

On the subject of Thursday night games, each game has been a blowout through four weeks, and oddsmakers are upping the ante, installing the Green Bay Packers as 10-point favorites against the Minnesota Vikings.

Here's a peek at all of the opening lines for Week 5 of the NFL season.
