Kyle Orton won't answer 'crap question' about comparison to EJ Manuel

Mike DiNovo / USA TODAY Sports

Kyle Orton, the Buffalo Bills' new starting quarterback, was in no mood to answer questions about the man he replaced when speaking to the media on Wednesday.

Orton was asked if he'll run the Bills' offense better than EJ Manuel did.

"Not saying that I will," Orton responded, according to ESPN.com. "I mean, that's a loaded question. That's a crap question."

Manuel was largely ineffective in the first four games of the season, but Orton is only concentrating on the task at hand - a matchup with the Detroit Lions on Sunday, when the Bills will be looking to snap a two-game losing streak.

"I'm focused on doing my job and providing veteran leadership, and executing my job," he said.
