Charles Woodson, Justin Tuck would've fought Sio Moore if Raiders lost to Chiefs

Oakland Raiders linebacker Sio Moore almost cost his team its first win of the season.

After Moore sacked Alex Smith on a third-down play late in the fourth quarter, he celebrated extensively with rookie linebacker Khalil Mack well after the Kansas City Chiefs lined up to snap the ball, and the Raiders were forced to use a timeout.

Raiders veterans Charles Woodson and Justin Tuck were far from impressed.

"I couldn't believe it," Woodson said to ESPN's Michael Wagaman. "That was the first time I had ever seen somebody celebrate for a whole 40-second clock. That was ridiculous, and they know it.

"I told Sio he's lucky we got the win because we really probably would've had to fight, and I would've seen exactly what kind of fighter he is."

Moore had an excellent game and was arguably the best player on the field Thursday, recording 12 tackles, two tackles for loss, a sack and a quarterback hit.

"I wanted to fight you," Tuck said to Moore postgame, according to the San Jose Mercury News's Marcus Thompson. "You know how your brother starts a fight and comes and gets you and it's six guys waiting to fight? And you don’t want to fight them, you just want to fight the brother that got you in this mess? That’s how I was. I wanted to fight you, not them."
