Cowboys' DeMarco Murray questionable Sunday vs. Colts

James Lang-USA TODAY Sports

After undergoing surgery for a broken bone in his hand, Dallas Cowboys running back DeMarco Murray is officially questionable for Sunday's game against the Indianapolis Colts.

Previous reports indicated that the decision would be a matter of pain tolerance, and thus left up to Murray, but his status remains in question heading into the weekend.

Murray currently leads the NFL with 1,687 rushing yards and his availability will be a significant factor for a Cowboys offense that has leaned on his incredible production throughout the year.

If Murray can't play, the backfield reps could be split evenly between Joseph Randle and Lance Dunbar.
