Philadelphia Eagles running back DeMarco Murray will play Sunday against the New York Jets, despite suffering a hamstring injury at practice Wednesday, according to Ashley Fox of ESPN.
Murray returned to practice as a full participant Friday and was ruled questionable on the team's official injury report.
While the Eagles will look to get him on track after a disappointing first two games (11 rushing yards on 21 attempts) doing so may prove difficult against a stout Jets defense.
Ryan Mathews and Darren Sproles would see more reps if the hamstring issue limits Murray during the game.
