Lightning sign Alex Killorn to 2-year contract worth a reported $5.1 million

The Tampa Bay Lightning re-signed forward Alex Killorn to a two-year contract Thursday, according to the team's official website.
Killorn, 24, appeared in all 82 games for the Lightning in 2013-14, amassing 17 goals, 24 assists, 163 shots on goal and 63 penalty minutes.
He also recorded a goal and an assist in his first career playoff game against the Monreal Canadiens.
The 6-foot-1, 200-pound forward - drafted in the third round of the 2007 NHL Draft by the Lightning - was set to become a restricted free agent on July 1.
