Predators' Poile 'optimistic' about November return for Fisher

Nashville Predators general manager David Poile told The Tennessean the team expects Mike Fisher to return from a ruptured Achilles injury sometime in November.
"He's working out on a regular basis here," Poile said. "Everything is tracking to date, but the bottom line is still a four- to six-month injury. Optimistically, Thanksgiving and end of November. That's an optimistic target."
The November target is within the injury's four- to six-month recovery window. Fisher, 34, recorded his sixth career 20-goal season in 2013-14 before rupturing his Achilles during summer training.
