It took the Ottawa Senators nearly two periods to break through on Los Angeles Kings goaltender Jonathan Quick on Thursday night, but when they did, it was worth the wait.
Senators forward Bobby Ryan scored a goal-of-the-year candidate, dangling around defenseman Brayden McNabb, making a series of moves and firing it past Quick to cut the Kings' lead to 2-1.
