It takes time to teach these young Edmonton Oilers some new tricks.
Unfortunately for new head coach Todd Nelson, Edmonton's bad habits in the defensive end reared their ugly heads Friday against the Colorado Avalanche.
On the game's opening goal, all five Oilers became transfixed on Matt Duchene as he deftly moved the puck around the net before dishing it off to Daniel Briere for the tap in goal.
