Patrik Elias doesn't think he's a deserving All-Star

New Jersey Devils forward Patrik Elias was named to the 2015 NHL All-Star game on Saturday, but he doesn't think he deserves it.
On Sunday, Elias told Tom Gulitti of the Bergen Record that he feels bad for other guys who deserve to be in the All-Star game, but aren't "because of a slug like me."
In all likelihood Elias is only going to be part of All-Star weekend because of an NHL rule requiring every single team to be represented in the game. Elias and Devils general manager Lou Lamoriello suggested that, perhaps, the Devils haven't been good enough this year to deserve to be represented at the rarely held pageant:
There probably aren't many Devils fans who would disagree.
