The Winnipeg Jets keep on dealing.
Jiri Tlusty has been acquired from the Carolina Hurricanes in exchange for a third-round pick in the 2016 draft and a conditional sixth-round pick in this year's draft, the club announced Wednesday.
The 26-year-old forward has played in 396 career games with the Hurricanes and Toronto Maple Leafs, recording 86 goals and 79 assists in eight NHL seasons.
In 52 games this season, he's scored 13 goals and will add depth to a Jets club looking to lock down a playoff spot.
Tlusty's cap hit is $2.95 million, and he will be an unrestricted free agent this summer.
