Canucks' Kenins suffered knee injury in round one of playoffs

Vancouver Canucks forward Ronalds Kenins suffered a knee injury during the playoffs and will be out 4-to-6 weeks, Irfaan Gaffar of Sportsnet reports.

Analysis:

Called up by the Canucks in late January, Kenins earned an extended stay with the parent club through his quality work as a member of the fourth line. He finished the regular season with four goals and 12 points in 30 games, and skated in five of Canucks' six postseason contests before the injury set in. Kenins should be fully recovered for the start of training camp, where he'll look to solidify himself as a regular again in the Canucks' bottom-six ranks.
