Buffalo Sabres fans would love to see NCAA phenom Jack Eichel in Sabres gear next season, and on Monday they got a sneak peek - sort of.
IIHF reporter Olga Khmylev sat down with Eichel, who is over in Prague, Czech Republic playing for the United States at the World Championship.
Khmylev ended her interview with the 18-year-old by placing a Sabres shirt on Eichel's chest.
Eichel seemed to get a kick out of it, but a man who's believed to be a public relations rep did not see the same humor, quickly snatching away the shirt.
The Sabres hold the second-overall pick in the 2015 Draft and are expected to select Eichel.
