Jacob Markstrom wants a job in the NHL.
The netminder, who is third on the Vancouver Canucks depth chart behind Ryan Miller and Eddie Lack, showed off a save that could appear on NHL highlight reels as a member of the Utica Comets in the AHL playoffs on Sunday.
Markstrom absolutely robbed Grand Rapids Griffins defenseman Ryan Sproul, keeping the Comets ahead in the contest 3-1.
The goaltender has been impressive in his 2014-15 AHL stint, earning a record of 22-7-2 with a goals-against average of 1.99 and a save percentage of .934.
