Rangers trade rights to Carl Hagelin to Ducks for Emerson Etem, 41st overall selection

The New York Rangers traded the rights to speedy forward Carl Hagelin, along with the 59th and 179th overall picks, to the Anaheim Ducks for forward Emerson Etem and the 41st overall selection in the 2015 NHL Draft.
Hagelin and Etem both require new deals as restricted free agents.
New York selected Ryan Gropp with the 41st overall pick.
