Kane leads Blackhawks to win, ties scoring lead with 4-point night
Whether you beat the Chicago Blackhawks or not, no team can stop Patrick Kane right now.
The 26-year-old extended his scoring streak to 10 games with a season-best four-point effort as he helped end the Blackhawks' three-game losing skid, beating the Edmonton Oilers 4-2.
Kane picked up assists on a pair of goals by Artemi Panarin in the first period. The Russian forward now leads all rookies with 14 points this season.
He then picked up his 10th goal of the season with his trademark backhand to return his team to a two-goal lead in the second, with assists from Panarin and Artem Anisimov.
Anisimov added an insurance marker with six seconds remaining, and Kane's third helper of the night brought him into a tie for the NHL's scoring lead with Dallas Stars forward Tyler Seguin - who had a two-point night against the Detroit Red Wings earlier Sunday.
