Flyers' Gostisbehere extends point streak to 12 games with late helper
It came down to the wire, but Shayne Gostisbehere's streak lives on.
The Philadelphia Flyers defenseman extended his point streak - which remains a rookie record among blue-liners - to 12 games in a 3-1 loss to the New York Rangers on Sunday night.
Brayden Schenn ended Henrik Lundqvist's shutout bid on the power play with 10 seconds remaining, and Gostisbehere helped to set up the goal:

The 22-year-old has notched three goals and 12 assists during his 12-game run, and has a total of 31 points in only 37 contests this season.
Derek Stepan scored twice in the third period to put the game out of reach, and also extended a couple of point streaks for the Rangers.
