UConn's Katie Lou Samuelson etched her name in the NCAA record books thanks to an epic shooting performance in Monday's win over South Florida.
The sophomore guard torched the Bulls from beyond the arc, going a perfect 10-for-10 for the game, setting a new women's Division I record for most threes without a miss.
Samuelson finished with 40 points on the night, doubling her season average of 20.9 per contest. She came into the contest making 41 percent of her shots from beyond the arc, with that number rising thanks to her perfect shooting night.
