Johnny Manziel's second AAF appearance came to an abrupt end Saturday.
The Memphis Express quarterback left the contest versus the Orlando Apollos after taking a hit to the head while attempting to make a tackle after an interception.
Manziel was later ruled out for the remainder of the game.
The 26-year-old quarterback made his AAF debut last week against the Birmingham Iron, during which he completed 3 of 5 passes for 48 yards and had a pair of carries for an additional 20 yards.
