Even arguably one of the best players ever can have a bad day. Or in this case, two.

Novak Djokovic tried to explain what happened in one of the most stunning upsets in tennis history when he fell to Sam Querrey in the third round at Wimbledon.

"Congratulations to Sam," Djokovic said afterwards. "He played a terrific match. He served great, as he usually does. ... He just overpowered me."

Querrey's power certainly was difficult to deal with for Djokovic. The World No. 1 struggled to overcome the American's serve, as Querrey saved multiple break-point opportunities for Djokovic in the fourth set.

The loss ended a 30-match Grand Slam winning streak, but Djokovic is focusing on the positives.

"I managed to win four Grand Slams in a row, two different seasons though, but I want to try to focus on that rather than on failure," he said.
