Roger Federer did more than just punch his ticket to the semifinals with a thrilling five-set win over Marin Cilic.
Federer earned his 307th Grand Slam match win, passing Martina Navratilova for the most all time. Not only that, but at age 34, Federer becomes the oldest player to reach the Wimbledon semifinals since Ken Rosewall in 1974.
The impressive distinctions don't stop there.
Federer's victory was his 10th coming from two sets down, tying him with Boris Becker and Aaron Krickstein for the most ever. Finally, Federer tied Jimmy Connors for the most Wimbledon semifinal appearances with 11.
Milos Raonic now has the unenviable task of trying to oust Federer in the semis on Friday.
