The bout is expected to air on FOX Pay-Per-View and take place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, according to Keith Idec of BoxingScene.com.
Pacquiao and Thurman will unify their WBA welterweight championships. Pacquiao holds the secondary belt, while Thurman owns the full crown.
The 40-year-old is riding a two-fight winning streak and has seemingly dipped into the fountain of youth over his last couple of bouts. Pacquiao defeated Adrien Broner in January to retain his title.
Thurman, 30, has never been beaten in his professional career, with one no-contest being the only blemish on his record in 30 fights.
