Mike Tyson is down more than a few pounds as he prepares for a possible comeback.
The 53-year-old boxing legend provided an update on his weight-loss journey during a recent Instagram Live session, revealing he's lost 69 pounds.
"I just came out to my partner's house (in Dana Point, California). She lives out here," Tyson said. "We've just been training, boxing, and it feels great man. I come from 289 pounds to 220 pounds, and I feel good."
Tyson started training again in April and has expressed interest in competing in charitable exhibition bouts. He last fought in 2005, losing to Kevin McBride.
