Paul stuns Askren with TKO in under 2 minutes
YouTube star Jake Paul made his biggest mark on the boxing world yet in Saturday's Triller Fight Club main event.
Paul stopped former UFC fighter Ben Askren with a TKO at the 1:59 mark of the first round at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta.
The 24-year-old flattened Askren with a ferocious right hand. Askren returned to his feet and appeared willing to continue, but the referee deemed him unable to do so and waved off the contest.

Paul improved his professional boxing record to 3-0 with the victory over Askren. He's earned all three wins by knockout since crossing over to the sport in 2020, including a second-round finish over former NBA player Nate Robinson in November. Saturday's victory marked Paul's first triumph over someone with prior combat sports experience.
Askren, a former Olympic wrestler, made his debut in the ring Saturday after a successful 10-year career in mixed martial arts. A former Bellator and ONE Championship titleholder, Askren went 1-2 in the UFC's Octagon in 2019.
