Ryan Garcia, Gervonta Davis finalize deal for 2023 bout in Vegas
Ryan Garcia and Gervonta Davis have agreed to a deal for a 2023 fight in Las Vegas, Garcia announced Thursday.
A specific date hasn't been set, but April is the targeted month, according to Sports Illustrated's Chris Mannix.
It will be a 136-pound catchweight bout, sources told Mike Coppinger of ESPN.

Davis is 27-0 with 25 career knockouts and currently holds the WBA lightweight belt. The 28-year-old is expected to fight an unnamed opponent on Jan. 7 in Washington before facing Garcia.
"Tank" last fought in May against Rolando Romero, retaining his belt via sixth-round TKO.
Garcia, 28, last fought on July 16, dominating Javier Fortuna via sixth-round TKO in a super lightweight bout in Los Angeles. "KingRy" is 23-0 with 19 knockouts and held the WBA interim lightweight title in 2021.
