Whittaker injured after falling over top rope with opponent
A fight ended prematurely Saturday after two boxers fell over the top rope and out of the ring.
Near the end of the fifth round on the Artur Beterbiev-Dmitry Bivol undercard in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Liam Cameron was pressing Ben Whittaker up against the ropes as the two men toppled to the mat.

Whittaker suffered an injury to his right leg and was unable to continue. The referee ruled the injury was "accidental," so the fight went to the scorecards for a technical decision and ended in a split draw.
Whittaker left the arena in a wheelchair and was taken to a hospital, according to DAZN's Chris Mannix.

Cameron said he believes Whittaker was "100%" looking for a way out of the fight.
"I definitely beat him," Cameron said on the broadcast. "I don't get a fair share. ... I thought I fully deserved it."
