Paul-Chavez prediction
There's a reason Paul has suffered just one loss since his professional boxing debut five years ago. Along the way, he and his business partner, Nakisa Bidarian, have wisely hand-picked opponents, setting Paul up with favorable matchups. And it's no different here. Chavez was the WBC middleweight champion from 2011-12 and used to be a high-level boxer, but he's way past his prime and hasn't scored a meaningful victory in over a decade. Also, he's fought just once since the end of 2021. Paul, though not elite himself, should have no problem taking care of business as the younger, quicker boxer. Paul via unanimous decision.
