"Getting this done early is a sign of how much I feel at home here at Hertha BSC and in Berlin," Stark said. "The club has put a tremendous amount of trust in me and I very much want to continue my development here."
Stark joined Hertha from 1. FC Nurnberg in 2015 and can play as a defender and a holding midfielder. In 2014, he wore the captain's armband as Germany triumphed at the European Under-19 Championship in Hungary.
