Bayern Munich wins record 5th consecutive Bundesliga title
Bayern Munich's monopoly on the Bundesliga crown continues unabated.
The Bavarian behemoth clinched a fifth consecutive league title on Saturday, extending its own record in the German top flight courtesy of a 6-0 obliteration of Wolfsburg.

The win, which officially ends RB Leipzig's unforeseen push for top spot, will offer some consolation to manager Carlo Ancelotti, who watched as his star-studded sided was bounced from both the Champions League and DFB-Pokal in recent weeks.
Saturday's triumph signals the 26th time Bayern has nabbed the Bundesliga's top prize - also a German best by an enormous margin - and sees captain Philipp Lahm go out on top; the iconic full-back is retiring at the end of the season.
