Aubameyang to sit out Stuttgart match for 'disciplinary reasons'
Struggling Borussia Dortmund striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has been removed from Friday's match versus Stuttgart due to "disciplinary reasons," according to the German outfit.
A specific reason wasn't provided by Dortmund.
German newspaper Bild suggests Aubameyang's trip to Barcelona this week to visit former Dortmund teammate Ousmane Dembele isn't the reason for the suspension.
Aubameyang last scored Oct. 14 in a 3-2 defeat to RB Leipzig, going 476 minutes without a goal in all competitions.

The Gabonese striker has broken protocol before. He was sent to the stands last November following an unauthorised trip to Milan.
Dortmund can't afford to have any distractions as it returns to club football. Fighting to stay relevant in the Bundesliga title race, BVB faces Stuttgart before hosting Tottenham on Tuesday in a must-win Champions League match.
