No country can top Germany when it comes to the quality of football of its lower divisions.

But if you need some proof, just take a look at the goal scored by Fabian Klos of Arminia Bielefeld, who play in the third division of German football and were taking on Sandhausen in the first round of the DFB-Pokal on Sunday.
