Bayern Munich have reportedly reached an agreement for Roma defender Mehdi Benatia in an under-the-radar move that should have a major impact.
Sky Sports Italia, via Football Italia, reports an agreement between the clubs has been reached in which Bayern Munich will pay Roma €26 million for the centre-back, with €4 million in potential add-ons.
Benatia is expected to sign a five-year contract that will see him earn €4 million per season.
The report states the 27-year-old will undergo a medical and sign his contract with the Bavarian giants Wednesday.
