VIDEO: Kehl's spectacular extra-time volley puts Dortmund into German Cup semifinal
Borussia Dortmund is into the DFB-Pokal semifinal. And how.
Knotted at two apiece in the second half of extra time against Hoffenheim on Tuesday, midfielder Sebastian Kehl decided to do his best impression of Brazilian legend Roberto Carlos.
The result was something special.
The typically raucous crowd inside the Westfalenstadion sat through 107 minutes of action before the 35-year-year unleashed that left-footed thunderbolt. It was well worth the wait.
By virtue of the win, Dortmund joins Wolfsburg in the semifinal of the competition, with the latter winning earlier in the day.
The other two semifinalists will be determined on Wednesday, when Arminia Bielefeld meet Borussia Monchengladbach, with the showpiece match of the round taking place later in the day between Bayern Munich and Bayer Leverkusen.
