Germany live-tweets 1990 World Cup final victory
It was a blast from the past for anyone that stumbled upon the German national team's Twitter stream Wednesday, as the defending World Cup champions live-tweeted their 1990 triumph.
In celebration of the 25th anniversary of their 1-0 victory over Argentina, the country's social media team gave fans a taste of what it would be like if Twitter were around for that memorable night in Italy.
