Toronto Argonauts defensive back Jermaine Gabriel was taken to hospital Thursday night after leaving the season opener with an apparent neck injury, according to TSN's Matthew Scianitti.
Gabriel was stretchered off the field following a blow to the head in the fourth quarter. He was moving his arms and legs as he was taken away.
Milanovich said Jermaine Gabriel wanted to walk off of the field but protocol said he had to go in the cart. #argos #CFL
