Lions' Lulay tweets message to supporters; MRI scheduled for Tuesday
Twitter was flooded with messages of hope and support for BC Lions quarterback Travis Lulay after he appeared to re-injure his throwing shoulder in his first start of 2014.
Lulay will undergo an MRI on Tuesday to determine the severity of the injury, but the Lions do not expect him to play when they host the Winnipeg Blue Bombers next Saturday.
Lulay made his first public statements since the injury via Twitter, expressing his gratitude for all of the support he has received.
