Report: Ibrahimovic to undergo United medical next week
Zlatan Ibrahimovic's transfer to Manchester United is finally nearing completion.
The cocksure Swede has already apparently agreed to a one-year contract in Stretford, and Sky Sports' Andy Burton understands Ibrahimovic will undergo a medical with the club next week.
It will mark the eventual conclusion of a move that has been touted before he began the final year of his Paris Saint-Germain contract last summer. Ibrahimovic is now unattached so will cost nothing, but his deal at United will see the striker bring home a weekly wage of around £220,000.
Ibrahimovic, 34, stepped away from international football when Sweden confirmed its Euro 2016 group exit against Belgium last Wednesday. It was an emotional farewell from the flamboyant forward and his fans - a player that has changed the face of a nation.

Now he will make a sojourn in England, a country where he was greatly underappreciated until his audacious overhead kick and three other tallies against its national team in 2012.
Ibrahimovic appears likely to be joined at Old Trafford by Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Borussia Dortmund's attacking midfielder whose representatives are apparently in talks with the United hierarchy.
