Roma's Gerson Santos da Silva: Will be available versus Fiorentina

Gerson is expected to play Tuesday versus Fiorentina, coach Luciano Spalletti revealed.

Analysis:

Gerson was sent to play with the reserves and amongst speculations for a fall out Spalletti addressed the issue by confirming that the youngster has not gone in exile. The starlet had to negotiate his contract for four days and has been given an opportunity to catch up with some playing time. That being said, though, he's merely a bright prospect for the future at the moment and given his last competitive appearance was in December not much playing time is expected of him in a vital derby.
