Watch: Ronaldo ends Champions League drought with clinical volley
It took Real Madrid just two minutes on Wednesday to overcome its first-half woes, as Cristiano Ronaldo's volley in the 47th minute of the Champions League encounter secured a valuable away goal for the Spanish outfit.
The Portuguese star broke free from his marker before getting on the end of Dani Carvajal's low drive and delivering an unstoppable volley past a diving Manuel Neuer to cancel out Arturo Vidal's first-half goal.
The goal ended Ronaldo's longest scoring drought in the competition since he was with Manchester United in 2009.

Neuer was tested moments later but managed to turn away Gareth Bale's close-range header and keep the quarter-final fixture level at 1-1.
