Paulinho has agreed to a four-year contract with Barcelona after transferring from Guangzhou Evergrande for 40 million.

Analysis:

Paulinho was far from a fantasy star during his two seasons at Tottenham, and while he was a better player in China, it's still quite surprising to see him make the move to Barcelona, who are trying to fill the void left by Neymar's departure. Paulinho is a decent player, but fantasy managers aren't likely to turn his way often.
