Twitter can't believe it witnessed another Champions League classic
The three-goal advantage is the most dangerous lead in football.
Just 24 hours after Barcelona squandered a glorious opportunity against Liverpool, Ajax did the same, conceding three times in the second half to Tottenham to fall victim to another Champions League comeback.
Lucas Moura completed an unexpected hat-trick in the 96th minute. But even before that, social media knew it was witnessing something special. Moura's first two goals raised the question:
The Champions League, at this point, is basically chaos, isn't it?

When the Brazilian banged in the tie-clinching goal in the 96th minute, Twitter couldn't contain itself:

Told my son he could stay up for the first half. If we stood any chance he could stay up for second half. So of course he had to go to bed.

How do I break it to him tomorrow? How do I stop him never speaking to me again?
Tottenham's unbelievable effort earned them a spot in a first Champions League final in club history.
