Watch: Spectacular Courtois was clutch late in Real Madrid's UCL win

Real Madrid had Thibaut Courtois to thank for keeping Liverpool at bay late in Saturday's Champions League final victory.

After producing a handful of important stops, the Belgian 'keeper added to his highlight reel with a tremendous save - one of nine during the contest - to deny Mohamed Salah with less than 10 minutes left at the Stade de France in Paris.

The Egyptian forward did brilliantly to create space inside Real Madrid's box but saw his blistering shot from close range ricochet off Courtois' arm, ending the Liverpool threat and helping to ensure Real Madrid's fifth Champions League triumph since 2014.
