It's his second tally in the Champions League this term and 10th of his career in the competition.

Pulisic gave Milan a 1-0 halftime lead that the hosts later converted into a 3-1 victory after a pair of goals from Tijjani Reijnders.

"There was a bit of luck today. But it counts as a goal and I'm really pleased," Pulisic told Milan TV. "I've not practiced that, but it was a good cross."

Brugge made a game of it despite going down a man in the 40th minute, with Raphael Onyedika sent off for stepping on the ankle of Milan counterpart Reijnders.

Kyriani Sabbe equalized for the visitors off a goalmouth scramble in the 51st minute, but Milan's numerical advantage eventually told when substitutes Noah Okafor and Samuel Chukwueze set up Reijnders' game-clinching goals.

The VAR denied Milan's Francesco Camarda a piece of history with just three minutes remaining, ruling the 16-year-old's header offside and preventing him from becoming the Champions League's youngest-ever scorer.

With their first win of the campaign, the Rossoneri move up to 18th in the Champions League table. They lost their opening two matches to Liverpool and Bayer Leverkusen.
