VIDEO: Lights go out during Tottenham's Europa League match in Turkey

Tottenham's final match in the Europa League group stage against Besiktas was delayed early in the first half when the lights went out at the Ataturk Olympic Stadium in Turkey.
The match was interrupted in the opening 10 minutes after a flood-light failure.
The power outage only lasted 13 minutes, but fans were eager to see the match resume, lighting up the stadium with their cell phones.
