Iker Casillas makes 150th Champions League appearance, equaling Xavi's record
Xavi has some company at the top of the mountain.
The Barcelona icon became the first player in Champions League history to make 150 appearances when he came on as a substitute in the second half of Tuesday's match against Bayern Munich, and now one of his compatriots - and Real Madrid rivals - has equaled the feat.

Like his Barcelona counterpart, Casillas, 33, has played his entire career with one club.
Despite his play this season obviously not living up to the high standard he has set in years past, his age and position make it very likely that he, and not Xavi, will hold the record once the two men eventually hang up their boots.
