Nobody knows Thiago Alcantara's body better than the man himself.
The Bayern Munich midfielder, who suffered the latest in a never-ending string of knee injuries while on international duty with Spain last week, proclaimed after the setback that he would be out "just for a few weeks."
The German club confirmed the Spaniard's self-diagnosis Tuesday.

Thiago, whose problematic right knee kept him out of action from February 2014 until April of this year, had been excelling in the heart of Pep Guardiola's midfield, tallying six assists thus far on the campaign - including four in as many Champions League matches.
