Somebody needs to inform FIFA that it's 2016.
Football's governing body, in a matter befitting a vote for president of a high school student council, resorted to some archaic tactics during Friday's presidential election, dumping the paper votes on an enormous table to be sifted through and counted.
FIFA: Goal-line technology is acceptable, but electronic voting is not.
