Bolivia managed to stave off Argentina for about 14 minutes of play before succumbing to the superiority of its opposition, conceding a pair of goals in the span of three minutes in the final match of the Copa America group stage.
Erik Lamela got the party started, scoring from a wicked deflection off a free kick to notch his second international goal. Then, minutes later, Lavezzi added a second with an acrobatic stretch shot, leaving Bolivian fans feeling blue at CenturyLink Field.
The two goals serve as little but a chance for players to hone their skills as Argentina has already advanced into the quarter-finals and Bolivia was already eliminated from the competition.
